Task: Replace the shore power inlet with something nicer and more durable.

Challenge: Reducing the center hole and adapting the new hole pattern for the Ratio inlet.

I used a scrap piece of smoked Plexiglas (PMMA), which has excellent UV resistance, and the smoked color appears completely black against a solid background. (You use whatever material fits the job.) I cut the outer dimensions with a miter saw, then hand‑filed the edges and corners. I transferred the hole pattern from the old inlet.

I enlarged the center hole (55 mm diameter according to the instructions) using a hole saw in a drill. I mounted the Ratio inlet onto the Plexiglas plate, then installed the whole assembly in the old opening. Be precise with the measurements and make sure the installation is watertight.
